Game Gastronomy Week - 29th November – 5th December
It's Autumn, the season when wild game takes its place on the table. At the height of the hunting season, the
restaurants from Baixo Alentejo show all their skill in preparing this fruit of nature. Partridge stew, Roast venison with quince jam, Stewed wild boar, Fried wild rabbit or the traditional Hare with white beans are a
few of the delicious suggestions from our restaurants. Alongside try our full-bodied red wines and for dessert try popular or conventual sweetmeats and cakes.
